(1)	Basic study Students learn liberal arts and basically knowledge and techniques in agriculture.
(2)	Special study Students learn special knowledge and techniques in their special course in parallel with basic study. 1)Students in the 1st grade learn basic and common knowledge and techniques with using the facilities in each course.They wrestle with their technical project to discover the basic method of approaching the subject. 2)Students in the 2nd grade proceed with their research and study of their own projects.By research and study,they raise the ability of approaching the subject in the manner of the good farmer.
(3)	Advanced farm experience study Students in the 1st grade must stay at the advanced farm in Yamagata prefecture for two weeks and work together with farmers.
(4)	General study Students develop their solidarity,harmony,spirit of independence and good human relation through dormitory life.They proceed with their cultural and physical club activities.
